Lead UX Designer on projects for notable international and local companies (e.g. leading FSPs and telecommunication companies). Delivered value to both end-users and the client through web and app overhauls centering IA improvements, empathetic usability and usable navigation systems. End-to-end UX design work includes competitive analysis, current state analysis, information architecture, user research (workshops, interviews, surveys, testing), analytics review, personas, user journeys, user flow diagrams, wireframing and prototyping. Conducted multiple internal workshops to upskill fellow UX Designers at the company.

As UX Designer and Strategist, I lead the redesign for a startup commuter app through iterative research, design and testing cycles. I held product design, design thinking and business strategy workshops to refine the product design to a solution that is useful to end-users and logistically feasible and worked for the business goals. In the course of the design process I created personas, user flows, information architecture, low and high fidelity prototypes and necessary accompanying documentation. I conducted two rounds of user testing (with low fidelity and high fidelity prototypes) with target market participants in order to validate the proposition and solve usability issues.
